Whether you’re looking for a bachelor, one bedroom or two bedroom The King George Apartments in Collingwood is just the place you’ve been looking for. This Heritage building was originally one of the first Schools in the Collingwood area. Architecturally pleasing and renovated into 20 unique apartments some with lofts; the building offers a much more comfortable feeling than traditional apartments in the area. Large open common areas, wide stairways and surround by 100 year old oak trees makes the King George a nicer place to call home.
Walk to The Main Street
The building is located just one block away from all amenities. Restaurants, Cafes, Grocery Stores, LCBO & Beer Store, Movie Theatres, Home Reno Stores and more. Even the local YMCA is only a ten minute walk. Some of our tenants find the location so convenient that using a car to get around is not always necessary.
Owners, Tenants & Towns People
The buildings Superintendent Chris Goulios has lived and run King George since 2006. The owners are locals; having grown up in the Collingwood & Wasaga Beach area. Our tenants are usually from the Georgian Bay area with very low turnover rate.
